Shelton Meacham, (semi-)Local Shreveport Artist

divides his time unequally between Nacogdoches, Natchitoches and on those rarest of occasions, Shreveport. Having acquired a Masters in Art from NSU, he is currently pursuing a terminal degree in art from SFASU.
